'Being Ok' - An introductory journey through the practice of mindful awareness

Spring 2024 (dates TBC)

This 6-week course invites you to really delve into the question of ‘what is takes to be ok’. Week by week we consider the attitudes and principles that embody a mindful approach to life.

Mindful practice is well known to improve self-awareness, increase our ability to respond rather than react and to help reduce worry and manage stress.

Venue: central Lincoln

Max 8 participants

Experience the benefits of mindful practice in a relaxed group setting.

Each session explores a theme, using a mixture of discussion, reflection, stories and poems, together with simple practices that focus the mind and relax the body.

Week-by-week, we provide you with space and time to develop your own 'toolkit' to support yourself in day-to-day life. You'll also get a helpful workbook, containing plenty of information and suggestions for home practice.
