'Exploring Mindful Practice'

The 'what, why, when, how' of mindfulness. Relaxed, informal morning sessions that are open to anyone. A great opportunity for you to explore the benefits of mindfulness and how simple principles and practices can be applied to everyday living and working.
This month we're asking the question, 'What's in a moment?', and exploring what we can and do pay attention to in the present.

'Being Ok' - An introductory journey through the practice of mindful awareness
Spring 2024 (dates TBC)
This 6-week course invites you to really delve into the question of ‘what is takes to be ok’. Week by week we consider the attitudes and principles that embody a mindful approach to life.
Mindful practice is well known to improve self-awareness, increase our ability to respond rather than react and to help reduce worry and manage stress.
Venue: central Lincoln

Experience the benefits of mindful practice in a relaxed group setting.
Each session explores a theme, using a mixture of discussion, reflection, stories and poems, together with simple practices that focus the mind and relax the body.
Week-by-week, we provide you with space and time to develop your own 'toolkit' to support yourself in day-to-day life. You'll also get a helpful workbook, containing plenty of information and suggestions for home practice.
