'Waking Up to Wellbeing'
- Awareness, autopilot, and micro-pauses
The start of the new year can feel like it's a slog; whether it feels too much or too heavy, there's too much to do. Energy is often low, motivation can be patchy, and many of us slip into autopilot just to keep going.
This session invites you to slow down and notice what’s really going on, without pressure to ‘fix’ anything.
We’ll explore why autopilot is a normal response to stress and fatigue, how awareness creates more choice, and how brief pauses can make everyday life feel a little easier. It's not about big changes or New Year resolutions and instead we'll explore:
- why we slip into autopilot
- how awareness supports calmness and clarity
- simple micro-pauses you can use in daily life
- small shifts that reduce pressure
Suitable for anyone curious about their wellbeing, whether at work, running a business, caring for others, or simply navigating the busy-ness of life.

'Mindfulness Made Easier'
- Practical presence for busy people
Many people are interested in mindfulness but worry they’re ‘not very good at it’, don’t have enough time, or think it means emptying the mind. This session offers a simple, everyday approach.
Building on January’s focus on awareness, we’ll explore mindfulness as a practical skill that supports focus, emotional balance, and resilience, without needing long practices or perfect conditions. In the session we’ll explore:
- what mindfulness is (and what it isn’t)
- why distraction is normal and not a failure
- simple ways to practise presence during the day
- how mindfulness supports calmness, clarity, and all-round wellbeing
This session is ideal if you’re curious about mindfulness yet want something grounded, accessible, and realistic.

'Compassion in Practice'
- Looking after yourself and others without burnout
Many of us are great at looking out for others, but far less practised at offering the same care to ourselves.
This session explores compassion as a practical wellbeing skill that helps us meet pressure, difficulty, and responsibility with greater resilience.
Compassion here is not about being soft or indulgent. It’s about understanding how our minds and nervous systems respond under pressure and learning how to support ourselves and others without becoming depleted. In this session we’ll explore:
- what compassion really means in daily life
- the difference between empathy and compassion
- how self-criticism affects wellbeing and resilience
- ways to support yourself while caring for others
- how self-compassion reduces burnout
This session is especially relevant if you support others in your work or life, hold responsibility for people or outcomes, or notice a harsh inner voice when things feel difficult.
