How was NLP developed?

NLP was created by observing and modelling how successful people did what they did. They discovered a profound yet straightforward relationship: our thoughtslanguage and actions are all linked and form the foundation of our success. And this is the same for all walks of life and all human issues. How you think and the words you use inform your actions and how you experience your life.

What to expect from an NLP session

NLP is relatively informal. We'll start off by asking questions like "why have you come?" and "what would you like to change?". We'll talk, explore gently how you think about things, and I'll use simple techniques for changing how thoughts and feelings might connect.

So, if you have a problem, an ailment, a difficulty, or anything that isn't the way you want it, you have the power to influence and even change it by examining and transforming the way you think about it.

To this end, I use wide-ranging techniques and exercises to enable you to discover what's holding you back, how to let it go and how to replace it with what you want.
